RV axles are bent so when you load them to capacity the are straight.

But does this mean that in order to get the tyres tracking properly the Rig should be fully loaded to manufacturer's spec?

I am talking about a 5th Wheel Crusader Lite 30 BH we just purchased here in the UK.

It will work just fine with no load whatsoever in the trailer. Suspension and axles work together to absorb weight and road bumps/dips. Don't let the bowed axles bother you, unless the bow is downward...

"RV axles are bent so when you load them to capacity the are straight."
This statement is not true. When your rig is loaded to capacity you probably won't see any difference in the bow. As long as it bows up, not down like Wingnut said.
