Does anyone off hand recognize this brand of slide and where they might be available? Yes we broke one, but I'm not headed in for warrantee for just this.

You could try calling Mr Ed at DRV and ask him, if he can't answer your question he can refer you to the parts department and someone from there will be able to answer.

Getting Mr. Ed to answer/call back can be problematic though. :(

Email Greg Weldon at DRV. He's always responded to me quickly with my questions.

I don't recognize that particular combo, but BLUM does use that orange color with many of their slides.

Rockler has tons of drawer parts, you may be able to find a replacement on their site.

You don’t need to call anyone. Simply email DRV parts if you are under warranty and they will send you the part free of charge. I found a broken cabinet door catch last weeend. I emailed parts at DCRVParts@Cruiserrv.com and copied Greg Weldon of DRV in the email. I include my model, VIN number and shipping address in the email along with a short explanation of the issue or part needed. I had a response the next morning saying they were shipping me the new catches out that day.

Chad, and the remainder of the responders, I thank you. I will email them tomorrow. And, yes, I will keep the board posted of progress.

While not an answer to the question, I have used slide replacements from Lowes to replace broken ones. Just be sure of the length needed, it can be kind of iffy if you don't have the original in hand to compare. The color of the plastic wouldn't seem to matter if you replace the entire slide.

So far no replies to either of the emails I sent. I'm sure none of you are surprised.

Sorry to hear that.

Try calling and tell receptionist what you have done so far and ask for her help to get to the correct person!

That’s excellent advice Ron. I’m not shocked, disappointed though. I just wish more “interest” was afforded buyers of these beautiful trailers.

Good luck

Who did you send emails to?

Greg Weldon and some heifer in the parts department......I expect this company is the same as most others. Once they have your money you can go to hell. I've gotten better service from Walmart.

I think you have identified the problem!! I'll bet that heifer will just bust her butt to help you now.
I have called and emailed everyone at DRV many times. Have ALWAYS gotten a prompt response from everyone there. But I always stay positive and don't call them names in public places.

Porkchop, I couldn't possibly care less what your opinion is, nor what your success was. In a week the heifer didn't answer a perfectly polite email, nor did anyone else in the company.

Yea, I can tell polite is your password. Good luck getting any response from anyone at drv now. Hey=you're the one asking for help, not me.

Folks on this forum won’t be inclined to be much help to anyone who is so negative, there are a real bunch of helpful folks here and hope that you will abandon this approach.:confused

Might open up this older thread on the drawer slides--after using replacements from both Lowes and HD, neither brand worked well. Someone on here mentioned Rockler and I got one of each of the drawer lengths (20" and 14") and there is much more quality built in to them. So far, both are working well after wasting $60+ on big box replacements.
We are full-timing and have the drawers well-loaded, part of the problem. The Rocklers have stated load limits and at 75# and higher-- don't think even my wife can put that much in.

wingnut60 do you have part numbers???

Ron,
Brand name is Center Line Lifetime; Model is Comfort Close Over-Travel. 75#rating.
Off the receipt:
757 CC-22 14" Slide 045873 $18.99
757 CC-22 20" Slide 044624 21.99
Brackets f/757 series 047585 5.99

The brackets from the old slides would fit, but thought it best to use the ones made for the slides.

I believe the self-closing mechanism is a different design and seems to be more solid.
I have not had to reset the mechanism on the Rocklers since installed. I believe I remember you are an experienced carpenter, so you know about level and square.
The rear supports for the slides is also suspect--have had to brace a couple of them to prevent sideways movement.

Thanks Joe!!!

Yes I understand some of the HIDDEN things could be better on these DRV's!!!
