I will be looking at a 2008 36SB3 soon. I had a couple of low-end 5th wheels many years ago (Komfort-great, Dutchman-disaster) so I know some of the basic systems. I have read many posts on DRV RVs and have learned a lot from this site and others. It sounds like these are great RVs, unless you have problems in a few major areas and then it can be a nightmare. The areas that I learned I need to pay particular attention to are the hydraulic system (jacks and slides), roof and slide leaks, wheels (need 17.5"), brakes, slide mechanism, and vents.

Are there any other areas I missed, particularly on this year or timeframe, and for this model?

Also, if anyone has brochures or other documentation for this particular year and/or model that would be great. The DRV site did not have the brochure for this year.

If anyone is in the Tidewater Virginia area that would be willing to show me or discuss their DRV that would be great too. Just PM me.

Thanks,
Pete

I have quite a few of the older brochures/spec sheets. Unfortunately, no way to copy them.
Did you google for 'Mobile Suites Brochures'?3
Any numbers out of the specs I can help you with? This will work better if we email direct: joedobry at gmail com

I searched and found a 2008 brochure here.

Not much technical info or floorpans. I have found the floorpan elsewhere.
