Circuit breaker 7 trips. Panel says it goes to front AC and washer dryer. All those things work, even with breaker tripped. All other circuits too. Any ideas? It is the one next to the GFI. I can't locate what it protects. I've checked all I can find, including basement circuits.

Best replace the breaker--doesn't seem to be working.

That would be the one hardest to check to see if the breaker was ok--guess he is going to have to turn it on for an hour or so and check for hot water.
Obviously the breaker is mis-labeled, or when tripped it is not interrupting power.

Pretty easy to check. Test for 110V with a meter at the hot water heater.

Double check what you posted. I think that the AC and dryer on the same cb would be an overload.

Strange--a breaker that doesn't control anything? Methinks there is more circuit checking to be done...is there even power to the breaker, and on the downside when tripped/not tripped?
What is the year/model of your Suites?

I've been working with my breaker box, and traveler is correct. One of my breakers controls an AC and the W/D.

It may be 1 device, but it has 2 handles on it correct? Then 2 seperate circuits.
