Slides will not go in

I have a 2007 Elite Suite 38RL3. I cannot get any of the slides to go in at all. I bought two brand new 6 volt crown batteries last Dec. 2015..Carried them back to the dealer and they say the batteries are good. Any idea why the slides will not go in.....I know this has to be somethin g simple, but at 69 everything seems like a huge problem to me.

Need some more details--do you hear anything happening when you push the in rocker switch? Can you get someone at the at the pump area to listen to see if the motor to the pump is running when the switch is pushed?
The rocker switch sends power to the hydraulic pump motor--the pump motor turns the pump to send hydraulic fluid to the ram that moves in/out to move the slide. You could have 1) the motor isn't running when the switch is pushed; 2) the pump isn't running when the motor is running; 3) if motor is turning pump and pump is running, then fluid should be going to the hydraulic ram that moves the slide.
The slide moves by use of a 4' ram that is located at the rear arm of the door slide and at the front arm of the kitchen slide. If the ram moves, but the slide doesn't, then you may have sheared a bolt underneath.
Do any of the slides work?

Any fuses in the system? If you aren't getting any noises, that would be the first thing I would look for, especially to see if there was a separate inline fuse.

Is the fluid low?

There is a humming noise but not as loud as it usually is.....which lead me to believe the batteries were dead.....but the dealer said they were OK.

A few questions before I post a few suggestions/comments.

Are you connected to shore power? Do the 12v lights inside the RV come on? Do you have a multi-meter?

If your connected to shore power disconnect and see if 12v lights inside RV come on. Also, check if the front and rear jacks work.

While disconnected from shore power, test voltage at the pump motor while someone activates one of the slide switches.

Also, if you need to open or close the slides there is a manual override at the hydraulic pump. Use a cordless drill with a socket (not sure what size) to activate the pump and get things moving.

Be sure other 12 volt stuff is working with the batteries in place--you may have hit the battery disconnect? in the jack control panel.

We are away for Christmas.....but will return after the Christmas break......I am connected to shore power and I will bring a multimeter and I will check to make sure the 12 volt lights are on when I get back. Also I plan on having someone else check those new batteries.....they are 6 volt batteries I just hope they are wired correctly which I think they are.

Battery disconnect is the Push/Pull knob located in the area of the slide controls--at least, on my '05 that is where it is. Not sure about newer models. If it is pushed in (I think pushed in is off...) nothing 12 volt but the front jacks will work.
If you had the batteries wired wrong, you would have 6-volt power and maybe that is the problem?

Push pull know was out.....Anybody have any idea how to wire two 6 volt batteries? You may have a point on wiring wrong......given my luck.
