Old hitch, New Dodge

Just curious if a a older hitch would fit my 2015 Dodge ram 2500?
If so , what would i need to do?
Im new to this, I have no clue. Lol

Are you talking about the in-bed portion, or the under-bed portion?
If the in-bed hitch is on rails, probably the rails would fit; if it is the under-bed portion, no way.
