Medical Insurance

This is a question for all full-timer RVers who list South Dakota as your residence. If your need medical insurance for individuals under 65, what do you do? I have talked to the providers listed on the Government WEB site and they say that they do not have any policies that would be good for full-timers. Who do you use?
