Turn the thermostat off and hold the 2 buttons in and while holding them in turn the thermostat on and see what happens.

I'd try disconnecting shore power for a minute then redoing the start up.

I TRIED THAT NUMEROUS TIMES STILL COMES UP EE

MIKE TRIED THAT THEN TRIED TO RESET AGAIN BUT NO LUCK

IM THINKING THAT THE PROBLEM IS EITHER IN THE CONTROL PANEL OR THE MOTHERBOARD., OR MAYBE THEY JUST ARENT TALKING TO EACH OTHER FOR SOME REASON

"OR THE MOTHERBOARD"....

I have a spare motherboard I could send you to try to eliminate one potential trouble spot....it is slightly different from the earlier models tho'

When I changed out the original '06 bdrm A/C unit this spring, I reused the original motherboard in order save buying another 5 button thermostat required to work with the newer A/C unit...you'd have to investigate how to make it work if your A/C is an older model.

If it fixes the A/C, you'll know what to replace, just send mine back when you're done.

Lemme know

In the manual, such as it is, are directions to reset the control board, which is in the small closet by the entry door.

It is simple: there are a couple of buttons to push simultaneously. There are specific ones that need to be pushed for the reset.

However, if nothing works or you can't find the manual, call the factory. They might have suggestions and directions to make it work or to determine if it is "kaput."

In our case, when we tried the resetting, we had to do it every time we turned it on and it worked sometimes.

So, we were sent a new computer control board--the one with all the buttons in the door closet! So far so good.

A new control board is available at rv stores for, maybe, a price approaching $100---as best I can recall.

The term I used, control board, might not be the correct one. That is why I referred to the buttons in the closet by the entry door.

That might not be the whole story, but maybe it is enough to move forward.
