who do you send your email to that you are getting a response? we used to get great response from Tom Peck, but have never gotten a reply from his replacement. :(

I think Chad is trying to fill more then one position at DRV. if so, DRV needs to make some changes.

The best guy they ever had DRV got rid of.
His name was Kent Mickem and when you had a problem he would take care of it.
Seems no one cares anymore.....it's all about profit, not customer service

I don't know that they got rid of him, I thought he left under his own power, but he was great to deal with the few times we need his help. As I recall he went back to the family business.
