Why would a micrwave convection oven sag a 1/2" on the right side?

Answer: Because DRV only put 2 mounting screws for rear bracket in1/4" paneling on right side.

More great quality DRV NOT!!!

It is the crap work like that, that DRV needs to address. I just don't understand why there is not more emphasis on better quality control.

I said it before and I'll say it again, DRV and the other manufactures needs to stop paying bonus's for exceeding their production quota. It's the main cause of the crappy workmanship.
Pay the bonus's at the end of the year as the dollars "not" spent for warranty work.

I've said the same thing for several years paying these guys to make a quota is plain stupid. Pay them for quality not quantity.

I'd say until the issues become known in a national publication like Trailer Life drv is going to continue to ignore them. The orders still keep coming in and they have no reason to make changes as long as the cash register is still ringing.

Another point is that no one from the factory designers through manufacturing supervisors use their product. If they did they would know about some of these issues and where the problem is. Perhaps if they got the problem units back as lemons it might make an impact but my state has no lemon law I am aware of and drv just puts the monkey on the dealer anyhow.
