I was at the DRV factory last week and found out that Ryan Miller has left to sell trailers at another company. He will be missed. They did bend over backwards for me. Had a water leak at the back side windows?? Found out to be the strip between the fiberglass and aluminum was not sealed. Replaced the fiberboard baseboard with new solid wood. Looks like it belongs in the unit. Replaced the old couch with new one, The old thin mattress with a new one. Also several odd and ends. just want to thank Ryan,Fly (Shane) and the rest of the warranty crew.

I had a back side window that only outer pane crazed. When dealer in florida changed it, there was mold on wood sill. Wonder how many others are like this on this rig.

Maybe Ryan's replacement will return calls in a timely manner.
