Discovered a spot under trailer above rear axel. my trailer 2005 36tk3 [2010]
Slides work ok and no issues of creep. I noticed street side jack in rear was not
not firm against support but no indication of leaking. Anyone on forum know if
they placed connections up in under belly could leak just went to that location because of no support to belly in the center? Can you see leaks in slide rams without dropping belly covering? Any experance with this issue.

Most of the leaks in the rams are the internal type where the fluid seeps past the seal into the unpressurized side of the ram. You won't see fluid but the jack won't hold pressure. Lippert does not rebuild the rams so you will be looking at a replacement for it. I've already had this happen but it was one of the main jacks in front.

If you see fluid on the ground near the rear of the trailer I would first look at the connections at the top of the jack. The rears have therm exposed. One of my fittings broke about 18 months ago. They are standard fittings available at any hydraulic shop. As far as I know, the only fittings inside the rig would be from the slides. The jacks should have hoses with no fittings in line until they reach either the manifold or the jack locations.

On my 06 MS there is an orange hydraulic hose that runs from one rear jack to the other rear jack.

There is also a orange hydraulic hose from diver's side rear jack that goes
to a T fitting under the underbelly at rear of 5th wheel.
This hydraulic hose then runs to the front of the 5th wheel.....

It's been awhile.....but that is how I remember mine as being.....

Do you have the hydraulic disc breaks? If so, might it be brake fluid you are seeing?

I have electric brakes. Plan on having dealer open up under belly where fluid has settled and see if a tee is present. Hope thats all, just a loose connection or maybe bad connection.
