May be staying there March-July. Better job offer. Any recommendations on an RV park?

There are lots of good ones. We stay at Desert Shadows in North Phoenix. It's pretty far north, off of !-17 and Union Hills.

Given the traffic situation and long commute times you might be better off looking for a place close to where you are going to work if you know where that is. While Phx. has tons of freeways they are pretty bogged down especially during rush hours.

Thanks, never been to AZ. I'll find out exactly where it is and reply.

Glenn there are several RV parks in the Benson area. I believe there is a Skpe park and one other park we stayed in is Cochise Terrace RV park. I like the park. You should not have a problem find somethere. Good Luck... y

Thanks. The Benson area looks a lot better on RV reviews. Prices better too.

We have stayed at the San Pedro Resort Community in Benson, AZ.

Very nice park, indoor swimming pool, Passport America (very reasonable rates), large RV sites, lots of activities. The Escapes RV Park is just around the corner on 10.

You should not have any problems finding a nice park there.

Enjoy your stay.

He figured that out Larrrrrrry!

Most of the folks who used to stay at Butterfield RV Resort have moved to San Pedro and Cochise Terrace. Both worth checking out.

Maxy28....for checking out new locations, you can't beat this web site:

City-Data (http://www.city-data.com/city/Phoenix-Arizona.html)

Just below the 1st pie chart you see is the "forum" talk about Phoenix....this should give you access to all the info you seek about Phoenix, or any other city/town for that matter. I use this site to research every place we visit.

We just bought a home in Casa Grande, about 50 minutes south of Phoenix. We really like it here and if we need to 'run up' to the bright lights it isn't too far. Much less of everything here, noise, traffic, taxes and crime. Best advise would be to come on out and drive around till the right place grabs you.
