We are all moved out, and have lowered the price of our 2005 36RE3 to $39K for (hopefully) quick sale.

We no longer have the Suite.
We took it to Sunshine RV(DRV dealer) in Lake Havasu City yesterday to sell on consignment.

Wow, over a year and it still hasn't sold. That just goes to show you how bad the market is. Hope it won't be too much longer.
