Transportation costs back to factory?

After 4 tries to adjust my slides along with damaging the "j" panel on the door side, I have requested my dealer send my unit back to DRV for repairs. Drv has agreed to make the repairs but naturally they won't pay for transportation costs. Does anyone know approx. how much it would cost to send the unit back from Maryland? I have considered towing the unit myself if they would pay for my time off work as well. Thanks.

You should contact the dealer you purchased the unit from. They will certainly have a transporter they use and you may get a better price that way. The other alternative would be to take it yourself and then you can observe the work being done and make sure you are satisfied. A trip to the factory is also worth while for getting other matters addressed, usually at no charge. Good luck!
