Ac capacitor failure

A friend of mine here in our park has an 07 MS and is on his third capacitor. It is a 15K. It is the living room ac. Bedroom is 13k and trouble free. Any ideas?

I also have replaced mine (bedroom) three times. This last one has worked for several months on my 06 DRV. This one was shipped to me from Dometic and is a new design, so far so good. But now (living room) making funny fan sound, will check the fan blades next trip to the roof. I have the 15K both front and back. Suggest you call Dometic and have them send you the new capacitor.
