FRAME BENDING ON 2007 MOBILE SUITES 36TK3

We have been on the road for 2 yrs, going back and forth to the RGV in Texas from Wisconsin. The door side slide just started going in/out of square. We have been told our frame has lost -3/4" camber ????. Has any one else had a problem, we have been told it is out of warranty.
Approx what would the cost be?

I don't think there is any way to estimate a cost on what you say is the problem--have you contacted DRV on the problem?

Sounds like one of the pinion gears that drive the racks has broke a pin that holds it to the shaft that runs between the two pinion gears.

Open the suite bottom and look at it while someone else tries to run the slide.
You will see what I am talking about.

I don't think it has anything to do with the suite frame being twisted.
