We need help and advice. We have ordered our 38tksb3 and will be taking delivery in early May. We currently have a condo on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where we have lived for nine years now. We love it down here because of the near perfect climate much of the year. We return to the States in the summer to visit family and also because Puerto Vallarta is hot and humid in the summer. Our original thoughts were to use our MS as our second home, while in the States, for 4 to 6 months. We now have the opportunity to rent our condo for a year or more and thought it might be fun to try full timing it in our MS. Can anyone suggest good areas of the country with mild climates and quality RV parks with reasonable rates? We may want to stay put in one area for a year or so, or we may move around a little. We are new at this and frankly, don’t have a clue. We do know the pros and cons of living in Mexico in case anyone has an interest. Any and all help will be appreciated beyond words.

Winter in Yuma is probably as close to PV weather as you can get and still stay in the States....summer is anywhere where it's cool.

If your destinations are dictated by weather/temperature, try this site to help you locate the right spot for you:

Casa Grande, Az. is a nice spot also. A good alternative to Yuma. Closer to both Phoenix/Tucson if that is important to you.
Good luck with your choice..... :)
