My wife and I really like the Nuwa, but have heard conflicting reports about their future, any comments regarding the advisability of purchasing Nuwa within the next 12 months?

I think they are back in production with a different business model. Have you looked at their website? They are trying to keep prices stabilized and have reduced their dealer network.
I would not worry about the company if I liked the product--I think they are sound financially.

While NuWa did shut down their business for a few months, they are back up and running.
