In our control center, located directly under the thermostat controls, between the fantastic fan switch and the slides/tank/water heater controls, is a 2 switch assembly. We've not been able to figure out what they're for. Can't find a lot in the owner manuals. They lack a lot to be desired.

Probably switches for a generator.

Could be the "scare" lights. Turn them on and go outside and see if the lights are on.

yep, scare lights. Feel kinda dumb asking but I never thought to go outside and look. All light switches I've ever seen were on the wall. Thanks and God bless.

Another thing I like about the lights is that they turn on when you shift to reverse.

Only the rear lights should come on when in reverse...they are supposed to act like the back up lights. That is why they are angled down and back.

Those scare lights help when trying to site the trailer at night but they're not very helpful to let a car driver behind you know you're attempting to back -up. I believe later models also have LED back up lights situated with the red tail/stop/signal lights. Much better idea!

So with the switches turned off.....will the rear lights still come on when in reverse?

There are two light bulbs in each rear scare light.
One is for back up, and one for scaring people. LOL
