Inverter Question

Anybody know which model Xantrex Inverter DRV is currently installing ?

This may be of no help, but their 2008 Options list indicates a 3000 Watt Inverter w/ four 6 Volt Batteries and 2nd Compartment. It has what I think is the DRV part number of 5824. It lists for $3,669.

While I have a 2009 Brochure and 2009 Floorplan and Specifications brochure, I haven't yet gotten a 2009 Options list. Last I heard, my dealer didn't even have that yet. But, that was some weeks ago.

Perhaps what I have provided will be of some help.

FYI - You can only power 1/2 of the circuits in the power panel via the inverter. In other words, it will only power 1 leg of the 110v legs (there are two of them with 50 amp service) of the power distribution box. Therefore you can not power all outlets in the RV. This may or may not be a problem is you want to power the rear TV and the sattelite, and the audio equipment, if they are on different circuits.

You can work around it if you are good with power or order the RV to be wired accordingly.
