We just bought a Nu-Wa built fifth wheel- HitchHiker Discover America. We don't know what the future holds for the company as it is currently in Chapter 11 or 13 or something. We decided to buy an Extended Warranty and want to hear anyone's advise who has an opinion or experience with one. Which company would you recommend we check out? Has anyone heard of Warranty Experts? They gave us a very excellent bid, nicer than a bid that we got from the dealer when they quoted us on Easy Care. The bid for ExpertWarranty is $1,281 for seven years with an additional option of $365 for tires and wheels. Easy Cares bid for six years is $2995 and it does not cover any new equipment purchased, like a washing machine and yet WarrantyExperts does. They otherwise have similar coverage as far as what we can tell. We asked WarrantyExperts what would happen to us if they went out of business and they said: "The policy you have been quoted is fully insured by American Bankers Insurance, A rated on www.AMBest.com."
We are the consumer and feel that it could be too good to be true. ExpertWarranty is so much cheaper in price. We just hope they are a stable company without complaints against them regarding difficulties with their paying for repairs. Hopefully they don't have a lot of loopholes in their coverage. We are going to check out American Bankers and this AMBest website that they mentioned.
Thanks in advance. Your comments are welcome.

I have Good Sam CSP and just had a front jack on my MS replaced to the tune of $1000. The service dept. also found a bad battery disconnect switch and replaced it for $50. Good Sam CSP paid it immediately (less the deductible of course).
