I installed the digital converter on the cable coming from the TV antenna prior to the TV antenna power switch. Because the digital converter is a transformer and the TV antenna power switch is a transformer it blew out my TV antenna power switch. After discussing what I did with a specialist he indicated he had blew one out before dicovering the problem. TO AVOID THE PROBLEM INSTALL FROM SWITCH TO TV. By doing this it will require two coverters one for the front room and one for the bedroom or a splitter that will weaken your pictures.

Can you expand on what you meant by from "swith to TV" for the connection? I am uncertain about where you are recomending the installation of the converterbox coax be located.

The switch has 4 coax's going in from external devices, power antenna,Sat,VCR,and cable TV. It has cables going to the individual TV's and VCR the box must be hooked up after the switch on the exit coax that connects to the 2 TV sets.

As usual, I am confused. I can watch digital TV and HD TV over the stock set up. Converter?

To 47hook the earlier Mobile Suites have analog televisions like a Sony Wega, the newer models like yours have digital/HD and you do not have to do anything.

Instructions for connecting a digital converter box can be found on the MS Yahoo site (http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/mobilesuites/) under Files, 3rd item on list. This info is from Winegaard as an Excel file. It allows you to use the converter box to receive digital over-the-air signals, as well as use park cable &/or satellite easily. Newer TV sets that already are digital "ready" don't need a converter box. And, yes, if you have 2 TV's you'll need 2 converter boxes, if the TV's are analog.
