You can also try advertising on rvsearch.com and escapees.com. We got a lot of contacts from those two sites before ours sold. In fact, we even turned people down because we changed our mind at one point and thought we'd try to camp more often. When that didn't work out we started responding to callers again.

We had 3 buyers for our trailer each waiting for the other guy to back out. Too bad you're in Illinois. There's a guy in Fort Walton Beach, FL who sold his house, has money in hand, and wants a Mobile Suites something bad. He was second in line for our trailer. The guy who bought ours wanted our Volvo too so it worked out very well.

Another thing that helped us was we priced ours below book value when every other 2006 model like ours I saw was at least $6000 higher. One was $19000 more. I realize some are asking what their pay-off might be. We didn't have a loan on the trailer so we were able to price it more reasonably.

Bottom line, there are buyers out there, even in this economy, who want a fairly-priced, well maintained Mobile Suites. If yours fall into that category then you should be able to attract buyers.
