Recessed Lighting

Can someone tell me how to remove and change the bulbs in the recessed lighting. Thanks in advance.

push up on the ring and twist. make sure that you do not put in a bulb that is higher in rating than what's in there because it will melt the plastic.

Another method, which I prefer, is to pull the entire fixture down from the ceiling, which offers a better grip on the lens, then twist off the lens. The fixture is held up by spring brackets, similar to can lights you may have had in your ceiling at home.

Apparently there are at least two different types of these lights.
Because mine are like Ponch's, they(the fixtures) are screwed to the ceiling, they will not just pull down.
