Ducted a/c problems

We have had problems with our ducted a/c either freezing up or not cooling properly. The dealer checked it and claimed it was nothing more than dirt (mud) daubers clogging up the fan. This weekend it froze twice because of the heat and humidity. Thank goodness for the second a/c!! Anyone else having problems with their unit?

Was told once that low voltage could cause the a.c to not work properly. I will ask the next time I go to the dealership.
