Yesirv2 - Your rig looks familiar. Were you at the Class 7/8 Rally in Wichita last September?

Hi Yesirv2: I like the older squared off look of the Volvo, has real nice lines and I also like that color. I am trying to pick a color for my new paint now. If you were not at the HDT rally last year maybe we will see you there this year.

It is the only way to tow. Also tow a 25K gooseneck hauling my antique tractors.

We have had our Volvo for over a year now. It's been almost a year on the road and we have no regrets for having gotten it. We are SO much more comfortable towing with it than we were with 1 ton. Definately the way to go with a larger or heavier 5er.

It's a 1992 that just turned 300,000 miles. I bought it off Ebay a little over two years ago. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone in Wichita this fall.

Yup, got one too, see my sig.

I like toyhaul's way. We thought about doing it that way, with truck, 5th wheel trailer, enclosed trailer. But wasn't sure about two trailers.

I noticed 4 of the HDT in this post do not have fenders on back wheels, with those big tires is there a chance of 5er damage from objects comming of tires. Just a thought.

Got my 660 (Suite-T) from Ryder last Oct. When they say road ready, they mean it, real happy with it. I had it singled at Tampa Springs, in Tampa Fl. Put on a flat bed and tool boxes with a trailer saver low pro hitch.

Those Volvos look even better hooked to a Mobile Suites but then I'm prejudiced :P . We're currently sitting in a KOA at Mallorytown, Ontario, Canada with one of your bretheren HDT guys (PSD-Tweaker) pulling his Mobile Suites with a Volvo 610.

Those trucks just sort of draw stares (lustful  ) wherever they go.

Oh, it don't look SO BAD hooked on to a TETON !! :D

Unfortunately we're not going to be able to make this years rally in Wichita. We will though be in the Valley all winter. Didn't I read that you bought a lot in Mission? If so all the HDTers in the Valley get together several times over the winter. Our lot is just a couple of miles west on the north side of 83 at Martin Valley Ranches in Liesure Valley Ranch.

Tetoner

We're gona miss you again at the Rally!! But we will sure see you in Mission. There are 8 of us so far that have purchased lots at Retama Village. We will be there Nov, Dec & 1/2 of Jan, then we will go to our lot at the Escapee RV Park at North Ranch near Wickenburg, AZ until may, then we will return to the Black Hills.......God Willin and the Creeks don't rise...... :)
We'll see you "down" South....
Regards
Mike
PS. PressurePro System still working OK?

The PP system is working great. We'll arrive in the Valley around Nov 11. See you then.
