Heater on/off question

Hello all, we recently purchased the 3735MK. We set up yesterday and the heater keeps coming on and off. The display shows off for both zones. I turned the gas off because I don't want to waste it. Can anyone tell me how to turn it off?

Thank you, Dave :D

Dave,
Not sure how close your tstat is to the one in my '05--but the furnace only runs on zone 1, unless you have heat pumps--then I don't have any ideas.
Use the mode button to select fan only, AC, or furnace. If you have mode on auto, the unit is going to come on/off as it sees fit.
Of course, if you don't need either heat or air, then just turn everything off with the main switch.
Let us know what you come up with.
Joe

System Reset

In this case, You can attempt a system reset. Lower the temperature setting on your thermostat, so that it is below room temperature. Disconnect the electrical supply to your heating equipment by setting the switch to off at the fuse box. After a 2-3 minute wait, restore the electricity supply and raise the temperature setting on the thermostat.
