Sofa

Need to replace original sofa in a 2005 TK3. How do you get sofa out of unit and where is a good place to get a new one?

Ours was put up on one end and slid out the door. Takes a few strong people to do it. It had to be turned to prevent tearing of the fabric on the door latch.

Residential replacements can be found at most furniture stores. Just take good measurements to make sure slides can be pulled in.

Another way is to remove the rear window. Try going out the door first. Some sofas come apart. Getting the new one in might be a bigger problem. Break out the Stanley.

The bed frame unbolts from the couch and you take it out the door in two pieces. The process takes two people to get it out but is very easy and takes about 15 minutes.
