Would you buy a Mobile Suite with an 8 cu' fridge?

Hi everyone! We are considering a 36RS3 that has only an 8 cu' fridge. We plan to live in it while we remodel our house, then sell it. We are concerned about the resaleability with the small fridge. It has been listed for over a month and has not sold, so am wondering if that is the reason.

I would imagine that most people who buy MS would prefer the 12 cu' fridge, since they would be full-timers?

If we buy this, I am considering replacing it with a residential 10-11 cu' fridge. I wonder if that would make a difference in resale? Do you people like residential fridges or the 3-way?
