Do you have 120 volts going into the converter? Do your 120 volt appliances work? If you have a gas/electric fridge it can run on 120 volts but it needs 12 volts for the controls. So does the hot water heater for instance.

If 120volts are going in the converter and nothing is coming out, that's bad. Be sure and check connections, grounds, anything you can get to. Check the screws in the distribution panel, they can work loose and cause all kinds of problems.

You may even have a bad battery or loose connection there. Your volt meter is going to be your friend til you find the problem.
