Rocker Switch for Hydraulic Landing Gear

FYI... I just had a Rocker switch go out on me. Lippert's replacement part includes the switch & wiring for $38.00 I found a replacement switch at a boat parts store for $13.75. The switch is made by Seachoice Part #12981

Just a question. Did the electronic part of the switch quit or did the plastic prong just break off?

On mine the prong broke. I drilled the switch cover and replaced it with a screw that fit the female part of the switch. It works fine.
