I bought a 2013 Laredo new in January 2013 by 2014 the cap turned white my 1 year warranty was out I took it to my dealer and keystone said they would pay 750.00 and give me new decals that was in sept 2014 I had my local body shop fix it they did a great job they finally got to do it aug 2015 because of the weather they sent the bill to keystone but because it took longer than 6 mo they now say they wont pay but I was never told that it had to be done in 6 mo they did not get me the decals for 5 mo . if I would have been told this I would have sent the bill within the 6 mo time period any body have any ideas what I can do.

Don't ya just love it when someone changes the rules after the game is started. Did you ever get the approval in writing? That is the basis of the 'game' to get the cap repaired. If it was all verbal then we start the he said she said game. In writing and there was no time limit then you have some recourse to get them to pay. Just my 2 cents.
