Found the right spot on this for sure. Have a 2006 Mobile Suite 32TK3 and the faucet seized up. As I have said so often - "a happy wife makes a happy life" and my bride of 47 years is not happy with this faucet!
I have tried lube to no avail thru a set screw in the back - not sure if that is why it is there or not.
Trying to figure out how to replace it as I can hardly reach under the sink to grab it. And the shelf does not remove either.
Suppose you just unhook all the hoses and start turning from above - but would like any input I could receive before it turns into the faucet from hell.
Thanks.

Really very easy..1. Turn water off. 2. Get a pan so when you disconnect the two supply lines you can drain the lines..(I did it by hand until I tore my shoulder up) so a couple of small adjustables 3. The facuet is held in with two nylon fittings hand tight..Take em off and lift it out..And your right its kind of tight down there..

Lots of lessons in human nature in this forum..........
Also enlightening to face the fact that DRV uses a lot of junk in their "top of the line" fivers: faucets and plastic line supports being 2 of the current villains. I have had problems with both of them.
I found this forum just before I bought my used '05, and it has been a source of much knowledge about what I had bought and what I was facing in the near/long-term as to what were common problem areas. Keep up the discussions--there isn't a day goes by that I don't check in here if I have internet service--and lets do our best to help each other.

Why not remove the top of the faucet and clean the rubber o-ring and use grease that is made for this problem. This should last for a couple of years.

Thank God for this wonderful day he built for me. Thank God for this wonderful Country. I love the West, I was borned 100 year to late. The last few days I have seen places and people (Native Americans) who don't have running water and no electricity. I'm so Blessed. Water facuets, there are many who don't have one. But as a Real Cowboy once said in a song called Cowboy Logic, if its Broken fix it. Sorry but I don't know what brand you have but if I did I would tell you. Be happy you have running water. GBY...
P.S. Really we need to think sometimes before we open our mouth.

Ahh, but, being born 100 years ago, you wouldn't have been able to have the DRV experience.........
Thanks for a great post.

Gee, chevman, sounds so simple. But it does not come apart to do it.

Ok guess it isn't a moen brand. This would have been a simple repair. We have needed to do it 2 times because of the Az water.

Just my 2 cents worth.
