Under my kitchen slide was a junction box, actually there were two stacked an inside one of the boxes was the 110 power and the other was the 12 volt box. Remove the covers and inspoect for a loose connection.

i just investigated a similar problem today. In my case, the two wall outlets in the dinette slide were showing low power--c. 78 volts instead of c. 125 volts. The problem was not present at the other outlets in that same circuit/loop. We traced the problem to the junction box under the dinette slide out. (2011 36 ft. DRV) In our trailer there are two junction boxes in that location: one on the frame and one under the outer edge of the slide out. We used a new, larger/more suitable wire nut on the "neutral wire" connection; and that seemed to solve the problem.
