Winegard video distribution box

Have been having problems with the Sat button on the box. When I push the Sat button, the signal is snowy with squiggly lines. I jiggle the button and it sometimes will clear up enough to watch. I think it is the inside workings within the box. Checking online and I see Winegard does not make this box anymore? Any ideas?

Thanks, Jim

Bypass the box and hook direct into SAT tuner. There should be coax cables available in the entertainment ctr. We owned an 2007 with the equipment upstairs. It was a cable nightmare, however the 2014 is not much better.
Goodluck.

As MooseSuite said, hook the sat coax direct to the tuner--I have the same thing done with my Dish/211z tuner.

I took my box out and wired all direct. There is enough cable and helps with the rats next of lines in the entertainment center.
