Cool Soft Spot in LR
I recently noticed and raised area and separate soft spot near the living room heater register in our 2015 MS RESB3.

Any ideas on the best way to investigate? I'm leaning towards removing skin and looking from underneath. Any experiences and lessons learned would be appreciated!
