Smile sewer valve

The problem was the valve would not close completely and it would leak if I didn't push it in around 12 times. My fix for this problem was to remove the vacuum cleaner in the lower pantry to expose the valve and cable, then undo the cable from the outside compartment and bring it into the kitchen. Then with it fully extended, I loaded it up with oil (had Shell Rotella handy). Now with it lubricated fully, the valve closes completely.
