DRV repairs

My 1st 2009 36tksb3. Drove 1850 miles to pick it up. Dealer put toilet gasket on wrong so the top came off in the middle of doing business. They rewired the new batteries with new connectors so loose they pulled off by hand and put one positive lead to ground. Great trailer with the best of everything. Needless to say I've had to do some treaking. The new Dodge truck is so high that the trailer isn't level while towing which I'm still working on. Will go full time in late October. Very excited.

olddrone,
Welcome to 5th Wheel Forums.
Hope that the only problems have been found--might want to take that dealer off you Christmas card list...

If you have spring suspension, there should be 3 holes in each shackle so you can adjust the spring height to help raise or lower the rig. Unless requested before production, DRV usually set the springs in the top hole which is the lowest setting for the rig height. Should be easy adn inexpensive for any trailer shop to raise the rig if that is the case.
