Tire clearance problem

We have a 2019 41RKSB4. The second tire on driver’s side has a missing section of tread, all the way around. I took the trailer to a trie shop for tire replacement this morning. The tire shop texted me a picture of the problem-there are two bolt ends with nuts hanging down very close to the tread surface. From the photo, you can see how the nots and bolt ends have been polished off from contact with the tire. Anyone else have this problem? If so, what was your solution? The large bolt is an adjustment bolt for the slide. It hangs about 3/4” from the side wall. There is no apparent contact there. I’m wondering if 2” risers would solve this problem?
