Brake Pad Replacement

I am about to replace the disc brake pads on our 2008, DRV 36RS3. If anyone has done this and has any tips, please share them with me. Thanks

I have done them. If you are mechanically inclinded, it won't be a problem. Needless to say make certain you have the camper properly supported and removing the calipers is no issue, just two bolts. You may have to push the caliper piston back in to the caliper housing to allow sufficient room for the new pads When you are done with each wheel I would manually apply the brake controller a couple of times to make certain the caliper pumps back up and is holding. That will require two people and the power wire to be hooked to the truck. If you have the Never Lube bearings it is a good idea to chek the torque on the bearings also. make certain you retorque the wheels when you are done. Good luck!
