No Heat

Pulled into Seventh Feathers RV, hooked up, turned on the furnace, no problem. After a while it turned itself off. Can't get it going again. one thing, a red light in the fuse box is on. The fuse is OK and I replaced it with another one. The fuse light is not the furnace fuse. When I press in on the circuit board the light goes off. Think I may have a loose connection in the back of the board. By the way, the gas is full and I'm hooked up to shore power. Everything 12 volt works.

Bob

Try resetting the control box.

turn it off and then hold the top and bottom switches in as you turn it back on.
You should see FF in the window.

Hope that works for you.

Thanks, I didn't know you could do that. I'll keep that in the archives.
Update..... Last night I woke up at 4-am and thought the only thing different was that we were still hooked up to the truck. I got up and unhooked and the heat came on. Still the light is on.

Well I found the problem. The light in the fuse box stayed on because a small piece of wire was bridged between the transistor leads.

Glad you solved your problem. Don't you just love Seven Feathers RV park? One of our favorite places. Just make sure you don't leave so much money behind that they rename it 8 Feathers!

Good luck to you...Gordon.

If Seven Feathers isn't a 5 star resort, I don't know what is. Beautiful.

They don't list their rates on the web site.

Not cheep. I think it was $36 but you get $3 off with your players card that is free in the Casino.

Did a quick search of my M/C in Quicken and it showed a $66.60 charge; we usually spend 2 days at a time there, so probably right at about 33/day. Give them a call.
