Hdrider, just to help you out a little I'll tell you what we had in our Raptor when it sold. We had the Raptor for 3 years, pretty much living full time in it and travelling extensively. We had no water in the tank, and all holding tanks empty. The motorcycle and all biking equipment was removed. At that point we rolled over the Cat scale and headed home to unload. We unloaded the entire RV, did our final cleaning and headed back to the Cat scale an then to the new owner. We had built up 1,960 pounds of "stuff" in those years to drag around with us. I simply cannot tell you where it all came from nor what it was, just "stuff."

The fiberglass layup is not that thick.

This is about 20í and I never felt it. Didnít even see it for a week.
Dwayne Kazmierczak, DRV regional sales manager, told me specifically that the fiberglass roof added 300 pounds. It was reiterated when I complained about the 16300 delivered weight.

No matter the weight of your rig it is designed to have 20 to 25% of the gross weight on the king pin for towing stability. If you are needing this info to determine truck capability you should use 25% of the trailers MGWR as the maximum pin weight. My trailer weighs 20580 my actual pin weight is 4210 lbs..

2011 DRV Mobile Suites 36RSSB3 with vanity slide. Pin weight has been 3,863 and 4,020 depending on the stuff in the basement. Added Goodyear LT tires, an extra house battery, Magnum 2000 Pure sine inverter and a Samsung residential refer while in Elk City at Rolling Retreats. Try to keep about 25 gallons of water in the tank in case we need to do a quick overnight dry camp due to weather or other issues.
