Rotten egg smell

Made my 4th trip of season last week, and have a new problem. Just spent over an hour at old posts to see if topic had been discussed. Bad smell coming from bath sink. Shower and kitchen sink don't smell. Don't know where to start, they don't post plumbing blue prints for Montana's that I know of. Any suggestions.

If P trap in sink is full then the vent under the sink is probably bad. It keeps tank orders from entering the cabin while allowing air into the system to help the drains work .

It just screws off and can be purchased at Home depot or many other home imp. stores.

Buckshot has it, under the sink you will find a black plastic unit about 3-4 inches tall, it will unscrew off the pipe. It has a rubber stopper that will stop smells from the grey tank, but allow air in. if the rubber stopper sticks/fails smells come in the area where it is. Unscrew it and take it to the Lowe's, HD or Ace hardware and they should have a replacement. About 4-5 bucks and you should be back into the no smell zone again.

Flushed out fresh and hot water heater 2 times and got rid of rotten egg smell. Forgot that I left water in hot water heater. Thanks for help. Richard.
