2010 36RSSB3 any thing I need to know?

I just bought this out of Texas it’s our first experience with the mobile Suite brand, looking to get some insight on anything that we need to look for or be aware of. The good and the bad. Thank,s 0C8FA78C-D277-4587-AD94-060F954EAF66.jpg

Check the date code on the tires and batteries. Tires should have been replaced by now. Jack up each side with level-up, trailer attached to TV, and spin each wheel for bad bearings. Fluid level in level-up reservoir. Make sure everything works like refrigerator, heater, hot water heater and air conditioner. Walt

I had an '05 36TK3 for ten years, was a really good unit. Go thru all the appliances and the electric/hydraulic systems and understand the operation. Until you are certain everything stays in place when traveling, be very careful putting slides out--cushions on the couch/couch moving out/any drawers that when open would be hit by the slides moving...
Hope it gives you many years of fun and good service.
Joe

I’ll be sure to double check the tires, I’m always concerned about tires.

Truck that can handle the HEAVY pin weight. Our 36SB3 had a pin of 4,500#.
