add backup lights

my 2007 sb3 has backup lights at the top rear on each side. i would like to replace one of the 3 tailights with a clear led fixture and tie it to the backup light circuit. anyone know how to access this circuit without going all the way to the front?

Do you have a 7-pin connector / receiver hitch on the trailer?

Otherwise, pull one of the rear scare light fixtures. There is a separate bulb, socket, pigtail, for the backup circuit. Tie into it. You "might" be able to use a fish tape or section of stiff wire to feed (down through cap) another length of wire to the lower lamp sockets.

Much better option is to add backup lights to the lower recessed area where the reflectors are.

I had them run a reverse wire to the back at the Factory and Slade at Rolling Retreats added the lights. They are VERY bright!!!
