Attention ADMIN

I am wondering why the screen is so wide ?

I know that sometimes when a photograph is posted that is too large, it will cause the screen to go into a "letter box" mode and all the posts are stretched across the screen and I have to keep sliding the "sliding bar" back and forth to read a post.

I don't see any photos here that would cause this, so why is the screen too wide for the monitor ?

None of the other web sites I go too have this problem.

Can this aggravation be corrected ?

Thanks a lot,
John

John - It fits on my screen unless a large photo is posted. We also do extensive testing using several computers loaded with multiple versions of Windows as well as linux and also test many browsers - all without issue. I suspect your font size is set to a larger then satandard which does increase the amount of screen realestate required.

Hi,
My fonts are set at small (default) and I use the same fonts etc.. all over the web,

and as I said earlier, I only have this problem on other sites when the occasional photo is too large and causes the content to overflow the screen width..

but on this site it is always too wide to fit the screen.. and it has been this way since day one..

I'm not a computer expert, so let me get some others to access this site and see if they have the same problem..

I'll get back to you a little later,
Thanks,
John

Fits for me in fact there is a margin on both sides. Due to my bad eyesight I have the size on Largest.
