Tom Peck retired from DRV March 1, 2012

Tom has retired as of today, March 1, 2012.
His replacement is Chad Olinger and his email address is:

chadolinger@drvsuites.com

Many of us have had direct dealings and communication with Tom Peck.

My personal experience has lead me to conclude he was one of the best persons in customer service, which whom I have interacted: very few, in any company, were as good.

Of course, it also is possible Tom made a decision every now that someone might not agree with.

Even so, all in all, he was just excellent. That is my opinion and I hope most of you agree.

If you have comments, please post them and I will find a way to pass them on to Tom.

Tom helped me out a number of times when I couldn't get any assistance from the dealership I purchased from. He will be missed. I wish him well in retirement.

Hello Tom;

Thanks for all the help you gave us over the past 4.5 years. You were the only reason we persivered with all the problems we had with our unit.

You are a true gentleman. Shirley and myself will miss you very much.

Here's to an enjoyable retirement with many years of good health!

Our best regards,

Geoff & Shirley Johnston

I agree with everyone who has already chimed in.
I have had many dealings with Tom, all of them favorable.
As they say, all good things come to an end...
I hope his replacement has big feet...

Chad wears different shoes but he believes in DRV, he knows the product and will do a great job.

My past experience with Tom was excellent even though it was years ago.
I wish him well in his retirement.
Forget the work Tom and do what you have been waiting to do.

I feel the same about Paul Cross.

I wondered the same thing so I asked him that question again today. He confirmed my impression that he would not be doing that, at least not in the near future. Wish I could relate more; but, I don't know any more.
