2004 Montana water heater bi pass location

would somebody be able to direct me where i would find the water heater bi pass valves. I have been all over it and I can not locate it. Also if the heater got anti freeze in it would that cause problems.

Thanks
Phil

Generally, the bypass system/valves (if actually installed) would be directly behind the water heater--should be a crossover line between cold in and hot out with cutoff valves on all 3 lines. If you cannot see this setup near the water heater, that is why bypass valve kits are sold. And, what type of AF did you get in the heater--auto or RV? If RV, no problem, it will rinse out; if auto, then more problematic as it is toxic to mammals, that includes us.
There is a Keystone Owners forum section if you scroll downward on the opening page--might find some help there. Keystone makes the Montana.

Welcome to the forum.

No problem. Had several older TTs that did not come with the bypass setup. Had to drain the heater by taking the plug out.

Yes my first trailer had no by-pass valve. I purchased one at the local rv store and installed it myself. You might also not have one. Yes you can just pull the plug and allow the heater to drain without any AF inside.

I had an early Dutchman with the hot water heater next to one of the compartments and you needed to reach in behind the HW heater to get to the valves.

Keystone water shut off is a extra I believe
As I have a 2018 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel and it was installed right in front of water tank , also had a 2008 same location.
Yours may not have one ask dealer to install if you do not have it.
But I believe it should have one IMO

Thank you, I called the dealer and they didn't know for sure but told me to bring it in and they would see.
