Yes, that is a great dealer...now, how about the manufacturer? What is your opinion of them?

What has been the nature of your problems?

DRV. We took the factory tour two weeks ago, the material quality is there workmanship needs to slow down for this kind of $. They said most of my problems came from the frame loosing the camber, dropping down behind the axles, causing the three big slides to have problems, shaking the inside and outside apart. Can not keep screws in rear cap moulding, all outside compartments fell out. Spent the day at LIPPERT, they cut the frame behind the wheels and welded plates on the frame after jacking it up to supposedly put camber back in the frame.

So, after all the work by Lippert, you are still going to get a new unit?
First time I heard of actually getting a replacement.
Hard to understand how the frame could get so badly out of whack...
Hope it all works out for you.
